BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. A VALID PHOTO ID, EMAIL ADDRESS, & SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES REQUIRED TO REDEEM PRIZE. EACH WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE FULFILLMENT PROCESS AND SIGN DOCUMENTATION, SUCH AS A CONTRACT, AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW.
Eligibility: The April 20th Giveaway is open only to individuals who are residents of the USA and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older on the day of Giveaway. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate in the Giveaway: existing Joynture members; past Joynture members; those employed by, on the board of, or a consultant for another coworking space, shared office or similar line of business.
Agreement To Official Rules: The Participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Joynture, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Giveaway.
PRIZE CLAIM DETAILS/REQUIREMENTS
Prize Claim Deadlines: Prizes must be claimed on or before April 29, 2016. All Prize Claim Requirements must be completed in full and returned along with the original voucher, for receipt by Joynture no later than April 29, 2016. Receipt after that date will invalidate the prize claim and cause the prize to be forfeited.
“Prize Claim Requirements”: All prizes will require the potential winner to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (that will require a winner’s valid US government issued ID). Second Place Prize Winners requires the potential winner to complete Prize Claim Requirements that will include: a Joynture membership contract, and any other applicable forms required by tax authorities and by Joynture, and submit a security deposit for membership. Grand Prize Winner (a value of $2,000) requires the potential winner to complete Prize Claim Requirements that will include: a Joynture membership contract, an IRS Form W-9 (for 1099 issuance in January 2017) and any other applicable forms required by tax authorities and by Joynture, and submit a security deposit for membership. The submission of Prize Claim Requirements for any prize must also include the Voucher required to win the prize being claimed. Prize Claim Requirements (including the Voucher) must be received by Joynture at 48 Wall St, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10005 by April 29, 2016.
Prize Claim Limitations: All prize claimants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. There is a limit of one (1) prize per Participant.
PRIZES NOT CLAIMED OR THAT ARE FORFEITED WILL NOT BE AWARDED TO AN ALTERNATE WINNER.
