Awaken Your Inner Force with this free Light Saber Workout! Geek out over this Star Wars inspired class.
Learn light saber movements, giving emphasis on proper form, agility, speed, and power!
The instructors will teach you the choreography that infuses basic martial arts, yoga and core strength training by balancing and swinging your light saber. Work on your both your balance and battle techniques!
The class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come dressed comfortably with sneakers, complete exercise gear is not required. Chewbacca masks are welcomed! There will be prizes for best costume.
