New York City’s Financial District has so many wonderful places to visit. Since Bobo came to Joynture in February, he hasn’t gone out much but that’s all changing starting today!

Bobo’s first neighborhood visit was to La Maison Du Chocolat at 63 Wall Street. This isn’t your regular candy shop. The chocolates are on display in glass boxes, very similar to those you would find at a jewelry store. They almost look too good to eat but don’t let that intimidate you. Everything is edible and delicious! There are dark chocolate truffles, flavored truffles, alcohol truffles, chocolate bars, pastries, and so much more.

Bobo’s favorite item was the Orangettes. They are strips of candied orange peels covered in a thin layer of delectable dark chocolate.
