There are a number of great things that go on in New York City during the fall but sometimes taking a quick trip out to Long Island is will allow you to experience some activities that are best outside of the concrete jungle.  Here are just a few ideas:

1. Stop into Lewin Farm to pick your own apples. Go before all of them are off the trees!

2. Go to one of the best corn mazes we know of at Schmitt Family Farm. Make sure to reach all of the stamp stations to complete your journey successfully.

3. Go to a vineyard. One that we suggest is Duck Walk. Be sure to designate a driver!
